CURRENTLY.....
Listening to: Teen Titans on the TV. Nick playing Minecraft on his Kindle. The dishwasher running.
Excited for: Nick's 5th birthday party on Saturday. The foot of snow we are forecast to get tonight and tomorrow (although considering it hasn't even started snowing yet, I don't think this is likely).
Thinking about: How my big boy is turning 5. How he will be going to Kindergarten in September. How scared and nervous this all makes me! Where did the time go! Make it slow down!!!
Nick at 3 months old. Such a cutie! |
Love this photo |
Wondering: If my cat is deaf. Yes, I'm serious. I'm pretty sure she is. But she's 16, so I guess that's to be expected.
Randomly thankful for: That my husband cleaned out the garage so I could put my car in there when I got home. Just in case we really do get that foot of snow. :) And that I didn't have to make dinner tonight.
Loving: My blanket scarf!!! Yes yes yes!! It's been so cold and it is sooo cozy and warm!
Not loving: The thought of taking the dog out to pee in the cold. We have invisible fencing, but something happened and Georgie has breached the perimeter! So... the leash it is until the fence can be fixed!

And All About You!
Did you get a bunch of snow? I feel the same way, love how it looks hate going out in it. My son is hitting 7 it only seems faster each year! Hopeful they weather doesn't ruin your party!
ReplyDeleteWell, we were supposed to get 18 inches and we got 4!! I guess that's a good thing but I was kinda looking forward to a bunch of snow!
DeleteMy husband cleaned out our garage as well - so I can park in it for the snow storm. It's crazy how much junk gets collected in there! It's good to be grateful for things like this - puts things in perspective!! :)
ReplyDeleteWere did you get your blanket scarf from? It's super cute and looks very cozy! And were are you located ? We are in Virginia and only got a inch if that! I was bummed because we are from the state Washington and we get tons of snow!
ReplyDeleteI'm in upstate NY. They predicted 18 inches- we got 4! Very un-blizzard like!! I got the blanket scarf from Honey Pie Accessories. Check her out of Facebook. She has tons of adorable items!!
DeleteSnuggle that adorable little guy of yours to stay warm. Here in PA we dodge the brunt of the storm.
ReplyDeleteGood idea!! He's very snuggable! :) Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteMy hubby has been doing so many nice little things lately! Must be looking forward to something ;)
ReplyDeleteI haven't celebrated a birthday with my little one yet. I can't image him being one but 5!! I'm so not ready! Enjoy the cold weather for me. It's hot and sunny here in Texas
